Why is there no sound? There could be several causes: -Check to make sure the speaker plugs are in the right port. -Check that the speakers are turned on. -Some speakers require batteries. -Check the volume on the speaker. -On the Real Player window there is a volume control that can be adjusted. -Any computer can play different types of sound files and each have a volume slider and also a mute setting. If your computer has a speaker icon in the task bar at the bottom of the screen, double click on it, if not you will need to go to the control panel and find the speaker settings. Make sure the PLAYBACK (not RECORD) levels for the WAV file types are adjusted and not muted.
